Evidence that can be examined

HalalRegTech develops a screening and review environment that links source information, explicit rules and reproducible calculations. Professional authority remains with the appropriate reviewers.

01

A documented workflow

Identify the issuer and instrument. Select evidence for the relevant period, currency and reporting scope. Check missing or conflicting data. Run the selected version of the rules. Preserve the input snapshot, calculations and reasons. Review the result before any authorised release.

02

Four separate states

A screening result is separate from evidence quality, professional review and release permission. Passing a numerical rule does not establish that a record has adequate evidence or professional approval. Missing information remains missing; it is not treated as zero.

03

Current development status

The technical presentation dated 17 September 2026 describes an internal prototype, with external use blocked pending acceptance gates. It reports engineering tests and local recovery work; these are not measurements of accuracy on real companies. A live AI extraction model and a validated universe of 55 companies were future development targets in that presentation.

04

Institutional development direction

The development roadmap extends towards committee decisions, control evidence, exceptions, remediation and audit preparation. These are proposed modules. Work alongside an institution’s existing data providers is subject to licences, technical documentation and an agreed scope.
