Company formation is in progress through Dubai South Business Hub. The proposed registered name is Institutional Desk DWC-LLC. Correspondence confirms the availability of the name and the proposed business activities. Incorporation and issuance of the licence have not been confirmed in the records reviewed as of 5 October 2026.
The intended structure places the corporate website, HalalAnalysis, HalalRegTech, professional workshops and events under the Dubai South company. Each brand serves a different audience. Contracting, intellectual property, payments and data responsibilities will be aligned with the issued licence and the completed corporate arrangements.
The project is led by Oren Gottesman and Dr. Loai Alimi, CPA. We welcome collaboration with Sharia specialists, educators, research teams and institutions that want to improve how knowledge and evidence support their work. Formal appointments and professional approvals are published only when documented.
